The Agmar's Hammer quest has been bugged since Cata, unfortunately. Arthas no longer appears.

Deathwing was straight-up OOC in my opinion. Even though Day/Night of the Dragon were terrible books, DW was a magnificent bastard that turned everyone against each other and had a complex about how disfigured the metal plates made him and hypnotized dudes with his eyes.
