Yeah. It's - if you're doing a copy or a VERY CLOSE TO ORIGINAL of a painting you sign that way so as to give credit to the person you're taking reference from. At least that was how I learned one is supposed to do it. 'by me, after THIS PAINTING BY THIS AWESOME DUDE' like. XD
