XD; I worried I was being presumptuous relaying it. Like, oh fuck, am I being an assy bossmachine? But - yeah. The 'this is in me but not of me' is how things usually feel. Like thoughts from people with clout have a WEIGHT that mine lack. (Depending on whether or not Siri is god-moding, he feels different. XD) And I'm glad I'm not the only one for whom it works that way XD; I've worried that I'm kidding myself a few times but then something like this happens XD;;;
Haides's bad rep is very much a result of 'fomg it's TEH UNDERWORLD AND SPOOKY D:' and fear that any underworld is a hell. Which - Tartarus is clearly not somewhere that just anybody goes for arbitrary reasons, in the stories. And Tartarus is not the whole of the realm. One of the Elysiums is there too, beyond the Lethe river (and all this sounds so familiar as I look it up to confirm XD;) tl;dr the underworld is definitely not this one, but is not all bad.
Man, I think fundigelical is slightly meaner to recover form than Catholicism; I mean, Catholics have GUILT but it's not quite as PERSONAL.
I think most gods aren't totes jealous mostly. Like they might get all 'ri...ight' if you're demanding and neglectful but mostly it's like - yeah. Even when he was nuts T-biz wasn't horribly envious most of the time. XD; he had fits of snarly, but mostly it was just like "Screw all you guys." He's better now XD;
