That could be. I mean, his GF (who is my GF's main, heehee) has the Vanquished Fronds of Yoggy (and likes to summon them as they're waiting for boring things), the random fronds in the barrens used to aggro onto him and yoink him back around 4.1-ish even though he was way overlevelled for them to manage to yoink him so consistently (now they miss), and when Ozumat tempbugged at the start of the Vashj'ir storylin, Ozzy ended up waving Ishan around like a baseball pennant for two straight minutes...
and I'm going, "uh"
and Ishan's going "excuse me, large aggressive calamari, I'm becoming dizzy, quit."
So yeah I think he just attracts those XD 9he;s not sure how to feel about this except in the case of his GF and the summonable fronds.)
