More dorks in Comity -
RUAIDHRI CINAED - Former Knight of the Appointed from around the 1490s. If you read the prior bit of randomfic you'll understand why he's out of his mind. He really ought to be sleeping right now. 5'9'', brilliant red hair, violet eyes. He has a slender build, and usually wears a funny little bemused smile.
One would think that he'd fancy himself Justice Incarnate, but he doesn't. Ruaidhri's motto is 'it's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it'. Where he thinks the Appointed and Vampires aren't moving fast enough, or if they can't do anything, chances are he'll try to get involved and either terrorize the offenders into line or speedily dispatch them. Hes got a lot of high-level fire spells at his disposal.
Usually wears red and black, with silver jewellery - unusual for the Day Court. Generally they wear gold. He can dreamwalk to a limited extent, but mostly keeps to his own territory.
DARACH - I thought this punkass was someone else's character from a book, but he decided he wanted to stay and hang around with the fae in my head.
Son of a very old, established, well-off noble house. Though, he's only about the same amount of noble as is Vicky, and nobility for fae works differently. Darach is, when he isn't being amiable and is down to the business of doom or whatnot - like Feyd-rautha as raised by Kotomine Kirei and with Marluxia's attitude, or something. How he is so Machiavellian in spite of possessing the usual empathy is anyone's guess. Like Vicky, a 'where' dreamwalker. He seems to believe that the ends justify the means, and he'll try to push forward what he wants with as little collateral as possible, but lord help anyone who gets in the way. He just steamrolls them. If they persist he'll gleefully kick the hell out of them. He's got the kind of stubbornly-refined thing as Walter (Lament of Innocence) does, as well as the sharp-edged hedonism. Like many more cynical heartseers, he has been known to use his talent to get at people's weak spots, though his motive is to make them surrender or back down so he avoids major bloodshed and mayhem. He's not above or beyond scaring people into like with fake prophetic dreams, cornering them, flirting outrageously - Darach has an agenda, and a goal in mind, but just what that is...that's hard to say.
There is a very sharp edge to him below the surface, and a more dangerous nature than one might expect. Don't mistake a light tone for amiability or a lack of concern. He might sound like he's joking, but he may well intend to give you nightmares that make Yume Nikki look logical and boring for a good few weeks.
5'7''. Blue-black hair, cobalt blue eyes. Pale complexion and sturdy build like Jer or Hector. He wears a plain silver circlet most of the time - it's a rank symbol. if Vicky goes before the monarchs (Queen Medb and Erlking Nuada, Queen Titania and King Auberon) she'd wear one too. His ears are pierced four times each.
Given his family's pride in their mad magic skillz, Darach's - he'd be a fairly high level Frost spec mage in WoW. XD He's something of a prodigy, having magic levels far above what most fae his age do. Very good fencer, not a bad archer either.
And you say his name like 'Dara' incidentally. It means 'black oak tree'.
The noble house he hails from occasionally squabbles with Vicky's. They're more political rivals than anything, though. While fae politics are much different than ours in that priorities are discussed and agreed upon and WORKED AT regardless of who brought them up (there is none of this 'blocking it because the other guy suggested it'), there are issues upon which people will just disagree. It's usually an amiable rivalry, but - yeah. If it's in Darach's way...
Normally he appears pretty benign, and he really is amiable and extroverted and so on. Sort of a childhood friend to Vicky. The bitch of the matter is, both 'sides' of him are his true personality. It's not facade.

XD; So I guess now is the time on Sprockets when I get fae antags. I had a bunch of vampires already.
it makes sense, though, that threats to the balance would come from anywhere.
